Whistleblower Policy - Submitting a Complaint

“BPD Bank’s Whistleblower Policy provides a third party service for the anonymous submission of suspected wrongdoing (whistle blowing) to any employee of the Bank, and any other person who has concerns and wishes to disclose information that the Affected Person believes in good faith could cause a Harmful Violation.

Complaints may be submitted anonymously by telephone to an independent party by calling 1-800-358-0328 or by filing a report at www.lexington.safe2say.info.  You may also submit a complaint by mail to any member of the Audit Committee, as outlined in the Policy.
